The Customer

It is the customer, who brings the money into this business. Your wages are also part of this money. Do not forget: It can also go elsewhere! Without this customer you would be superfluous here. He ist the one that gives you the chance to prove that you are the right person for this job.

The customer has wishes. Listen to these, try to fulfill them or pass it on immediately to the competent authority! This company, your boss, your colleagues, and yourself live on the fulfilment of these customer requests. Since the customer knows this, he does not want to be taught, he just wants honest and professional advice. Give it to him, even if he is not in the best of moods.

The customer has just as often trouble and annoyance as you do. Here, however, he should not have any. He can be disputatious and moody, like yourself. He can have prejudices and nag on everything, like yourself. It is important for you, that he does not discover any of these weaknesseses.

The customer is our guest, always treat him accordingly. He should be able to happily and respectfully think back on our company and you.
